Sila

The Air Spirit. N(G) intermediate power of weather, intelligence, air (They/Them)

Pantheon: Inuit

Symbol: A stylised gust of wind

Realm: Outlands / Hinterlands / Skies of Adlivun

Known Proxies: Anorersuaq (planar air elemental proxy of Sila [they/them] / N)

Sila, better known by their title of the Air Spirit, is a power who is fundamentally good-natured, but has a tempestuous temper. They behave vengefully towards any who stray from their Way of Truth. Cutters who do what is right by their clan and according to the ways of by nature have nothing to fear, but those who do evil may fall mysteriously ill, or suffer misfortune. When this happens, the shamans claims it’s Sila’s intervention. Never actually seen, the invisible Air Spirit’s presence is heralded by heavy snowfall. The power’s dwelling lies in the skies high over the frozen reaches of the Hintersee, perpetually shrouded in mist and fog. Presumably it’s cloudland terrain up there, but the only cutters who’ve claimed to walk there are the shamans, and even then only in their dreams.
