Squelaiche

Spinner of Yarns. CN Demipower of trickery, illusions, leprechauns [He/Him]

Pantheon: Sylvan

Symbol: A clover leaf or a pointed red hat

Realm: Wandering / Seelie Court

The greatest entertainer of the Seelie Court is the demigod Squelaiche (pronounced SKELL-lie), whose collection of titles and epithets is itself legendary—the Rainbow Rider, the Fool, Chief of Leprechauns, Deceiver of Devils, Tweaker of Noses. Which of his myriad stories are true is a matter for the listener to decide—did he truly manage to craft a riddle that could puzzle Primus? Did he cause the first winter by stealing sunlight to make false gold? If the hatred he elicits from the archdevil Mammon is any indication, the tales of him playing on the fiend’s greed are certainly accurate. A friend of Nathair Sgiathach and the elven god Erevan Ilesere, Squelaiche is known for starting more trouble than he finishes, though he will always stand up in defence of fey.
