Know all modrons by these present,
That we, the parties of the first and second part,
Hereby enter into the following bilateral agreement,
And by contractual union, bound heart to heart.
Whereas, you and I, of sound geometric form,
Two modrons aligned, by function and by norm,
Pursuant to Clause 3, Subsection B 4,
We hereby propose a union amore.

An obligatio eternal, binding ‘till old age.
Be it known to all parties, by this present decree,
